He brings 10 years of Construction Recruitment and Client Management experience. Beginning his Recruitment career with Impact Recruitment, Mark quickly became a top performer and developed a reputation for supporting Site Leadership Candidates and Searches. Then after 8 1/2 years, Mark decided to moved on; however, a brief career break was required for contractual reasons. Supers Recruitment Inc was launched in February 2025, and already has a great network of Candidates and Clients.

Previously Mark obtained 5 years of Construction Project Management experience with Division 15 Mechanical and PCL. This experience as a Field Engineer, Project Coordinator and Project Manager has allowed Mark to gain an industry leading ability to understand and support Site Leadership Candidates through the introduction, interview (both with Mark and with Clients) and offer negotiation stage of their job search. Education; notably, his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Victoria, and a genuine interest in Construction and Development rounds out his resume.
